I should have said Zenith Epiginetics Corp. first has to create Newco in order to spin it out. Remember the proposed name change is "to better reflect anticipated future operations". I'm sure that in the last couple of years Zenith Epiginetics Ltd. has received a lot of great advice from NGN Capital and Eastern Capital. Now they want to create Zenith Capital Corp. Why on earth would anyone be opposed to that idea? I'll shut up now and wait to hear from someone out there with a better explanation of the proposal. PVLee
