Just one more point to my previous posts.

I do recall that Don did say they are in duscussions with numerous groups on an ongoing basis. So perhaps some of them ar BP? Of course we won't know the status of these due too confidentiality (but in the past it seemed that if "negotations are hot" there will be leaks that seem to fuel buying interest).
