Have you contacted Zenith regarding your excellent questions? If not you should. I just sent an email a few minutes ago with some similar questions. The more we badger them, the more likely we will be to receive an individual response or better yet get a corporate update or webcast.

They have no significant events left on their Q2 calendar. They are attending but not presenting at ASCO and Bio International Convention in June. Yes, Resverlogix is busy between now and mid-June, but Zenith has no excuses.

I too am puzzled by this private placement and not sure to be encouraged or discouraged. I can see both spins but without more info from Zenith it is impossible to know what is the reasoning.
