KBC - I respectfully disagree. I find as many data points as I can with the company (any company that I am considering investing in), what I consider their competitors, the market attitude at that moment and the risk that I am taking or about to take. Once I take a position I try to keep up with the above inputs and adjust the model along the way.
With a biotech company, if I can not come up with a potential future value of at least 500% higher than where the price currently is then I won't take a position...the risk is simply to high. The only way I know of to do this is to make what I believe to be plausible judgments of what could happen in the future.
If what you are doing is working for you, keep doing it.
What I do seems to be working for me so I will continue to do what I do.
It is through our continued respectful disagreements that the best ideas and information comes to light.
I am familiar with most things RVX and Zenith.
