I read the MD@A as having 75MM shares....only those that owned RVX as of late June 2013 were eligible to own Zenith. Therefore i expect the buyout price, if there is one and how much, would be divided by 75MM and the amount would be multiplied by each owner’s number of shares.

I don't see that. We've been diluted just like any other stock that has done financings.
