Message: Trying to get my head around this

my understanding is that there are two companies. Zenith epigenetics and zenith capital?. Let's just speculate that one compound is sold to BP. For a billion dollars where does the money end up. stay with ZE or filter through to ZC.?

If an IPO is undertaken can it be the same board of directors for all three entities, RVX, ZE, and ZC. And if ZE Sells a sufficient number of shares what benefit is there to ZC share holders

if I am wrong about there being two zeniths it becomes even more complicated. Can anyone out there educate me
