KBC - You and I have two very different understandings of what money may head toward RVX from Zenith and how it would get there. I will put the only comment from GAC's conversation with DM below.

To me it sounded like the Zenith shareholders would be flush from this new found cash in their pockets and would be more willing to participate in an RVX financing. From your comment it sounds to me like you are inferring that Zenith its self would somehow be financing RVX. Below is the only comment from GAC's talk with DM on May 3rd that you make reference to.

He also inferred that with a buy out that Zenith investors would be getting a nice bonus, or words to that effect and that he expected some of that money to flow towards investment in Resverlogix.
