As for Zenith AGMs, they've only held 4 AGMs. The Zenith AGMs in October 2014, December 2016 (originally October but changed just like Resverlogix), and December 2017 coincided with the Resverlogix AGMs on the same date. 2015 was unqiue with the June special meeting for both Resverlogix and Zenith regarding the Royalty Preferred Shares in addition to the AGM later that year. That year the 2015 AGM for Resverlogix happened in late September but the Zenith AGM didn't occur until January 2016 the following year. Not enough of a historical pattern for Zenith AGM dates to compare to. However, September would be the earliest Zenith AGM to data.

I looked back on SEDAR for Resverlogix from 2007 to 2017, and all of the AGMs for Resverlogix occured in September or October during that 10 year span with the exception of 2016 and 2017. In 2016, the Resverlogix AGM was first scheduled for October and then was changed to December. In 2017, they also scheduled for December. So history shows Sept/Oct is normal for Resverlogix AGM.
