I just checked these forms. The price you quote, $2.60, is the price paid per unit for the transactions dated July 30/18. Each unit is one share plus one share purchase warrant. The $3.90 is the exercise price of the warrants which expire July 30/21.
Interestingly, on Aug 8 (Aug 10/18 filing) someone from Alberta paid $3.25 per unit for 30,000 units, units which are 1 share plus 1/2 share purchase warrant. Warrant exercise price is the same $3.90 per full warrant, exp Aug 8/21.
I wonder why the Alberta individual on Aug 8 paid more for less than the 4 Alberta individuals on July 30. The August 8 Alberta individual invested $97,403 while the 4 Alberta investors invested a total of $130,000 on July 30.
