bfw - Since we may end up getting a royalty from ZCC for the next 16 to 50 years it's likely a good idea to move as many as you can into the TFSA. The brokerage I have my open acc and TFSA acc with won't allow ANY private company shares to be moved into my TFSA. I would do that in a heartbeat if I could.
