This morning I realized that there was a new message in my secure email within my DI account. In the email I had sent prior to receiving this one (before the shares were transferred), I had voiced my displeasure with these shares being a case by case exemption based on the back office. That I knew others had been able to transfer there shares and I was less than pleased that the same ability was being denied to me.
I have to say I am pleased with the reply I received and hopefully if anyone is attempting to transfer them from this point forward they may not have to do the two step of frustration with RBC DI.
