Zenith did do a couple of small PP's recently.  One reported on March 25 for about $375k to investors in AB and BC.  The other reported on June 4 for about 67k to a Cayman investor.

You are correct Koo that Zenith pays RVX for some shared lab facilities, I imagine the timing of payments is somewhat flexible.
