No problem RVXOT.  As far as openning the docs in windows goes, where I also used to be able to open them easily now I click on the 'save' icon (towards the top right of the screen telling you there is a problem), name and save the file in 'downloads', open adobe acrobat reader click on 'files' and then look for and open the saved pdf file.  Hope that helps
