This is great news and I am very happy that they are News releasing this Info, More importantly management IMO has Fidicuary obligation to report how managemnt is funding day to day operations other than these small Private placements,  I know ZCC is a private company but are they not for accounting purposes a public not traded company???  If there is a pending deal I guess they need to be quiet but I don't see  anything of that would indicate any deal
