NBB, I've been wondering for a few years about Christoph Boehringer and CD-Venture and the connection, if any, to Boehringer-Ingelheim because CD-Venture has or had about a 3% share in RVX at one point in time (probably diluted now). I don't believe he has any operational involvement with Boehringer-Ingelheim but there is a long term family connection so my speculative mind leads me to hypothesize he could be a scout - eyes & ears. It would certainly be in his interest and I believe CD-Venture was invested in RVX before spinco but I have not checked the history. I'll see if I can find the pre May 2013 ownership chart on RVX.
