Not to argue with your data, you are correct. 

The listings are mixed up. If you have TD Webbroker, it lists Zenith as

Zenith Capital Corp
Grey Market:ZHCLFUnited StatesView on Canadian Exchange

Clicking on ""View on Canadian Exchange" leads to the company you describe. 

The Bloomberg Report also starts with this other company but then describes Zenith Epigenetics's business, executives, and BoD
