I guess the problem I have whether the deal is good, fair, bad, etc is that I had big expectations that we would see something far more positive like some sort of deal not just another second rate financing negotiated from a position of weakness. It strikes me again that Don has nothing to sell or he doesn't know how to sell what he has.

That being said I'm glad the ship is floating and slowly inching forward I hope.

I'm also glad we are getting an update (as last minute as it seems).
