Name Confusion

Two things with the name confusion:

1. When they ran the NAUNS (name search), how were these two enties allowed to have the same name, one with Corp. and one with Corporation?

2. Why dont we change our name to avoid this issue in the near term and any future issue if we ever make it to a stock exchange
