 Hi Narmac,

Here is the question on the Zenith site:

Question 4: Do shares of Zenith Capital Corp. trade in the OTC Grey Market under the symbol ZHCLF?

Answer: It is our understanding that one or more “market makers” have apparently reported at least two negligible “trades” on the OTC Grey Market* to FINRA and, therefore, without any involvement by Zenith whatsoever, FINRA created “ZHCLF” and linked it with Zenith’s shares. This was/is completely out of Zenith’s control, and FINRA will not de-link ZHCLF from Zenith (as requested by Zenith). For the avoidance of doubt, Zenith is in no way involved in any trading in ZHCLF on the OTC Grey Market.

“Grey Market” or "OTC" is a security that is neither listed nor traded on any stock exchange including but not limited to the OTCQX Market, OTCQB Venture Market or Pink markets.

All they have said is that they are not involved in the trading of ZHCLF.  They didnt specifically say that ZHCLF does not represent ownership of shares in Zenith Capital Corp.  They clearly state that FINRA created ZHCLF and linked it with Zenith and that it is out of their control and FINRA will not de-link them.  I believe this means that ZHCLF does represent ownership of Zenith shares as FINRA needs a stock symbol for the shares to trade under and there are people willing to sell as they have had no liquidity for 7+ years, even if its at a huge discount to recent financings.

If ZHCLF isnt Zenith Capital Corp, then what is it?
