To put a button on this :

"Nothing in your reply proves that ZHCLF is the US version of ZENI-P."

This should tie ZHCLF and ZENI as being the same. The google search engine needs to be corrected, which confuses the Zenith we know out of Alberta and the other Zenith out of BC. Two separate companies.
