How can that be true?  You've already stated that the ZENI.P CEO told you they don't trade on the OTC.  So neither company set this up.

Not according to the ZHCLF page at OTC Markets: "Investors should be aware that no firm is making a market in this stock on OTC Link. All prices reflect unsolicited customer orders and investors may have a difficult time selling this stock."
