As I understand it, Zenith shares are held by brokerage houses since inception ( Newco 2013) unless shareholders have asked for the stock certificates. At the birth of the CUSIP number, shares could trade once the shareholders began to trade them online through their brokerage houses.   

Shares obtained from Don are new shares. He did say that.... "If you were to buy stock from me from the treasury, you wouldn’t get it anywhere near as well priced as what it trades on here.".... This, to me, clearly implies that the shares offered on the OTC and from the treasury are of equal financial value in a buyout.
