I see on SEDAR there was an exempt distribution done on Jan 20. An investor in the US paid $1.50 US per unit (1 share plus 1/2 warrant) for 166,667 units. Worked out to $318,334 CAN ($1.91 CAN/unit). Full warrants are exercisable at $1.91 CAN, expire Jan 20/22.
