I hold my original spin off shares in my RSP and shares that I bought directly from the company in my TFSA ( took months and a change of brokers to make that happen) and some new shares in an open account that were bought OTC.   My broker tells me that they can't go into my registered account either because they were bought OTC or because they don't trade.  If i have some time next week I am going to seek a share certificate for them and try to flip them into my TFSA alongside their buddies.
