IMO, any rumour of a deal that's months away won't be true.  It would mean that at the time of the rumour, Zenith would simply be in discussions, which means nothing.  They're always in discussions.  Posting rumours seems like a dangerous business to me.  If someone posted that a deal or buyout was coming soon, and it happened, I would think there'd be a risk of illegal "tipping" which would involve the poster and everyone in the chain back to the source.
