RVXOT, when you get to the "promissory note" type of financing and not knowing the conditions set with it, that doesn't sound very optimistic going forward. 

The Zenith OTC market may have caught Don by total surprise.  As you said, Don now needs some event that would support an SPP on the open market, for a hell of a lot more than what shares are going for on the OTC market.

A total sale of Zenith is where it's at for the longs as I see it. I'm not one of them. I'm picking what I can on the OTC seeing that Don did not set up an IPO as he said he would years ago. I am sure he waiting for a successful RVX BOM to launch the Zenith IPO and unfortunately, that did not materialize.
