Yes.

There has to be some clarity.  It's possible there could be a major deal in the next 6 months, with money in our pockets.  Or we could get bought out in the next few months.  Or we could be sitting here like this 5 years from now waiting for the new studies to be completed.  I have no idea.  I don't think anybody else does either.  So nobody feels any urgency to buy the stock.  If you're baffled by the low stock price, are you buying piles of it? If not, why not.
