The AGM is scheduled for October 28/21.

There was an Exempt Distribution on August 12th for 54,000 units (1 share and 1/2 warrant) @ $1.88 CAD worth $101,412.00 CAD with an Ontario purchaser. The warrants are exerciseable @ $2.50 CAD until Aug. 12/23.

The transaction was in USD so $1.50 USD/unit or $81,000 USD total.
