I have no idea what Don is doing, I suspect he doesn't know either.  There has been a lot of talk on this board about these OTC shares.  The concern seemed to be that they wouldn't be "recognized" by the company.  I hold several of those shares purchased OTC in a non registered account.  When the AGM notices went out I got proxies for the shares in each of my accounts.  The ones purchased or acquired directly from Zenith were treated the same way as the ones bought OTC.  

BUT.... at the moment, they are not easily tradeable (for me at least) nor can i really do much with them except wait and hope.  GLTA
