Yes, I beleive Don was doing another of his infamous family and friends rounds at that time.  I have  a copy of the share certificate dated 7/22/2014.  I also have a copy of the bank draft payable to Zenith Epigenitics Corp in the amount of $12500.00 in US dollars.  By the way, at that time, it translated into a cost of about $1.60 per share Canadian.  What I DON"T have is anything on the photocopy of the share certificate stating what funds it was denominated in.

I haven't paid too much attention to this since my initial excitement at being able to purchase additional shares of this hot biotech company that wasn't publicly traded and would do great things soon.  When I got on the elevator I must have forgotten that they travel both up AND down.  I  am no longer excited, just resigned to hang in there until it goes to zero, or Don becomes a hero.

I would rather not say which outcome I think is most likely.  GLTA
