IMO, DM has too much pride to walk away with a golden parachute and a board seat without getting the large buyout /partnership deal done. He has yet to get any large BP deal to this point after 20 years as CEO of RVX so I doubt he can in the near future unless he gives it away for much much much less than he wants.  I will eat Crow if I am wrong but I doubt i will be.  Zenith seems like the more potential here with the BP clinical collaboration deals already in place.  All it will take is one BP to take it to the next level.   Time will tell
