longtimerzen - Zenith Capital Corp was spun out of RVX in 2013? just prior to the release of the ASSURE trial results. You can probably fined the document on the Resverlogix website under the News Release tab and then 2013. If you are unable to find it there it will absolutely be on SEDAR.COM. A phone call to Sarah in IR or to the CFO if necessary will go a long way to help you if either of the above two options don't yield the results you are looking for.
