I bought "ZHCLF" (Zenith Capital Corp) stock on the OTC Market post April 8, 2013, Resverlogix Corp's spin-out of its subsidiary RVX therapeutics.

I have just received my Management Information Circular in connection with Zenith's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on October 27, 2022. This confirms that the "ZHCLF" stock symbol trading on the OTC markets is in fact Zenith Capital Corp, as we know it.
