Still, on that subject, it almost seems unfair to the original RVX shareholders owning 75Mil+ RVX shares collectively before SPINCO!

Dividends go into the coffers of ZCC and all 138Mil+ shares, (ZHCLF) so far, get to benefit collectively.

Right, wrong or indifferent?
