OTC Expert & Grey Market Restrictions

I got the notice this morning in my brokerage account, as well as a call from them. As I understand it, on Wednesday, Nov 23, the US Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 comes into full effect and we'll no longer be able to buy or sell ZHCLF on the OTC. At least not at my brokerage.
