Toinv Good Point on the convertible note being a vehicle to a future eqyuity position , although a very small finance some in Germany has taken a liking to Zenith ,  I am wondering if the German buy is connected to CD ventures (ie  Christopher Boehringer  aka   BP Boehinger Ingelheim ??
