KK2 - ZCC is a financial company. It happens to own a small biotech company named Zenith Epigenetics Ltd and a royalty interest in about 4,000 molecules at this time. If at some point ZEL is sold then ZCC will simply own any royalty that may eventually make its way into ZCC,s bank account and then redirected to its shareholders as royalty payment to its shareholders.

Hopefully no name change will ever be necessary.
