What I do not understand is what happened to the shares, when ZEC is renamed to Zenith Capital Corp (ZCC),

Zenith Epigenetics LTD. (ZEL) receives the operating assets from ZCC but ZCC retains the Royality Perferred Shares in RVX, issued to ZEC.

So what did ZCC receive for the operating assets they gave ZEL and do i still hold the Royality Perferred Shares in Zenith Capital Corp(ZCC) and if not where are these share.

If I have Rolyity Perfered shares in ZCC, and Don issues shares in ZEL how can thaat be dulition of my shares in ZCC. Clear as mud to me. Definately open to comments.
