Thanks in advance for any hints about this.

After watching the RVX AGM I'm scratching my head about this company.  I know the stock isn't exactly easy to access, but why is the value so ridiculously low?  It looks like the drugs are actually working, and there are several pharma's paying Zenith's research costs.  What am I missing? Seems like an excellent risk if the stock can be found, no?
