with 450 K Warrants @ $1.01 Expire 2029-09-26

This brings a total of new financing for 2023 in the amount of $12,249,330 CAN. This includes the amounts I posted on Sep 17, 2023, at 04:45 PM.

More than not, all the Promissory Notes were made by Don M.
