Zenith AGM

Its now been a full month since the Zenith AGM, Has Zenith released the voting results of the BOD? I would like to see what percentage of the votes with DM and others were withheld? Was there a press release on this? or they too busy negotiating a BP deal?? ( doubtful) anyone ....
