LongRVXer take it up with Zenith IR or even possibly someone higher up. IMO they should be giving a crystal clear answer/response. Maybe a market lawyer of sorts would help ease you mind or put it in a tail spin.

The sort of response(s) they have give does little for my confidence to buy on the OTC market , matching Cusips or not.

Their response thus far is inadequate & totally unexceptable imo. I said this to Chris in my last response too so I would be looking to chat with someone higher up the food chain.
