The only shares trading on the OTC are the Spinoff shares of 2013.
ZCC is not involved in any trading in ZHCLF means that it did not instigate the OTC trading in the first place. Someone did and it snowballed ever since, even though ZCC is an unlisted company.
IR has acknowledged that FINRA created the "ZHCLF" symbol and linked it with Zenith's CUSIP# and trades on the OTC market. Zenith has no reason or authority to stop OTC trading.
New shares are being added through a prospectus exemption distribution that I keep updating from time to time on this forum. I highly doubt anyone buying there is selling shares at a 10-20-cent price level. They're buying in great lots shy of $1.00, not selling.
Common Shares issued in connection with Plan of Arrangement April 30, 2013 (75,202,620 ref MD&A).
Share count balance as of Sept 27, 2023, has since grown to (152,219,369 ref MD&A)
I own shares that I acquired post Spinoff. I get the Annual Notice Of Meeting and Management Information Circular through my brokers (BMO & Scotia I-Trade) with Votoing proxies. Buying ZHCLF on the OTC must be legit.
