I respectfully disagree , IMO somethings in the works where by making that seat available for the new comer(s)/money people, scientist , high end Pharma exec etc.

Wouldn't HL reach the majic number just by converting thus taking control of the IPs anyway?

plus we talked about how much dilution would occur with a 50--100 million dollar raise to get this thing going.

Again the best & only hope we have  to not totally dilute & destroy rvx is a Zenith deal, it's the only out that makes any sense to me. Not sure how Don feels at his age moving towards his eighty's about wanting or needing another 5-10 years of this BS.

Anyway things should be much more transparent within the next month or so max,hopefully!!
