So this pretty much dispells old man "Mr Excitment's" dillusions about the financial markets being the reason he has achieved nothing in 5 years!      :)

Time to bring in a competent CEO.

In Don's recent pitch he emphasized with a degree of pride that there has been little turn over in his executive team in their 21 year existence. While I personally feel this is a good sign I've also watched corporate cultures become ineffective because they are all reinforcing their own bad policies...i.e. a "yes men" environment. It's time for a change.
