Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc. To Host Conference Call to Discuss the Fourth Quarter and Year End 2008 Financial Results

	    VANCOUVER, March 24 /CNW/ - Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc. ("ZPP" or
"the Company") (TSX: ZPP), today announced that it will report its financial
results for the three-month and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2008,
on Tuesday March 31, 2009 at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). The
Company will also hold a conference call on the same day at 4:00 p.m., EST to
discuss the financial results.
