This move has a leg, expect further buying. More exposure of this sector is probably coming. Cramer loves MCP and REEs, JPM said that MCP is overweight ant put target price higher at $26,50. Should I also say that we are expecting news any day. I think that with this exposure this very small sector is ready to explode. My target price for this or next week are:

MCP to $27

QRM to $5

AVL to $4,5
