Technically perfect http://www.barchart.com/opinions/stocks/GPS.VN I see a nice climb to $2.50, then $3.00.

Winning big contracts and love the fact that TD advanced them $10M to acquire a $7M target and throw $3M into the bank.

This could be a big sleeping winner. Looks like institutions buying and walking it up.
