CANADIAN MINING RETAINS LMC COMMUNICATIONS INC.
Canadian Mining Company Inc. has retained the services of LMC Communications Inc. a company which facilitates business development and potential strategic partners.
Jerome Cliche, of LMC Communications, is a seasoned corporate adviser of public companies in areas of corporate finance, investment and business development. Mr. Cliche co-founded Renmark Financial Communications, a Montreal-based company offering a wide range of integrated investor relations and financial communication services to small-, medium- and large-cap public companies trading on all major North American exchanges.
Since 2002, Mr. Cliche has specialized in turnaround situations where he can have a significant influence on management for companies with attractive valuations and little or no published research coverage or exposure in the investment community.
Mr. Cliche is a graduate in finance of the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres, and brings to Canadian Mining over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, financial planning, business development and communications, as well as leadership in corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
LMC Communications has not been engaged to offer any investor relations services to clients. Their role will be to provide the company with corporate development and other related services necessary to facilitate Canadian Mining's present and future growth.
