Thanks for the link. I found the delayed reaction to the latest NR a bit odd but it was nice to see some activity.

I have bought and sold CEC in the past and currently do not hold any. My goal was to pick up a good chunk once CUU is done but with the latest estimate (given at the Vancouver Investment Conference) of a mining licence being pushed to Q2 2012 I probably won't go in quite as deep initially.

Deadlock was giving it some attention in his newsletter but now says he's backing off until Q1 2012. There's no doubt they'll have all their ducks in a row so it'll be interesting to see how the government will respond to the NIMBY's. Cheers.
